Somatic Breathwork Journey
In a one-on-one session, we’ll explore the deep connection between breath and body - an invitation to soften, surrender and return home to yourself. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to what your body is needing in the moment.
We begin with a mindful conversation, gently uncovering what’s present for you. This may flow into embodiment practices or soft movement to help you land deeper into your body.
From there, we move into conscious connected breathwork, where the breath becomes your guide, gently opening what’s been held within the body, creating space for more love and clarity. We close with gentle integration and sound, allowing your body and nervous system to settle and anchor into the shifts.
These sessions go for 90 - 120 minutes.

Pregnancy Massage
This offering weaves intuitive massage with the fluid, rhythmic touch of Huna, gentle Reiki energetics and grounded birth support. Using long, flowing movements, this style soothes the nervous system while releasing tension in the lower back, hips, shoulders and legs. Encouraging the flow of breath, blood and life force, creating more spaciousness in your body as it changes and grows.
A nurturing, intuitive and deeply embodied experience for all pregnant women, whether early in pregnancy or preparing for birth.

Closing of the Bones
A returning of the body and the womb.
Traditionally held after birth, Closing of the Bones is an ancient postpartum ritual practiced in many cultures around the world. It honours the profound opening that occurs through childbirth ~ of the body, the heart and the spirit and offers a sacred space for the mother to be held as she integrates her experience.
Each ceremony is unique and deeply personal. Through intentional touch, warmth, prayer, massage, yoni steaming, breathwork and the gentle wrapping of the body, we create a cocoon of safety and reverence.
This ritual supports the energetic closing of the portal that was opened through birth or other transformative experiences. It may also be offered after miscarriage, abortion, hysterectomy, loss, or during any time a woman feels the ache of life moving through her.
Held over 3 hours, this ceremony allows for care, reflection and integration. If you feel called to receive this, please reach out I’d be honoured to guide and hold space for you.
